Culture & Policies

Our intention is to provide our guests with heart-centered professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and returning guests.

READ BEFORE BOOKING

Welcome to HighVibe! To learn more about how we are serving humanity, visit HighVibeLivingLLC.com. In the meantime, elevate your experience with us by reading and honoring the following:

(1) Parking: Our parking lot and client entrances are BEHIND our building (106 Cannons Lane, Louisville, KY 40206).

 

(2) Arrival Time: You are welcome press the doorbell up to 5 minutes in advance of your appointment time. Arriving any earlier may create a wait for you, as we have lots to do between appointments and may not be unavailable to respond. 

(3) Culture: Be prepared to remove your shoes upon entering and talk in low tones to avoid disturbing sessions that may be in progress. 

 

(4) Register Your Account: After you book your appointment, a pop-up window with the option to Register Your Account will appear. Do this if you want to be able to be able to login to your account, view your appointment history, and book/reschedule from within your account instead of having to fill in an intake form every time you book. JUST BE SURE TO REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD.

 

(5) Communication: You should initiate communication with your therapist in the event that you are running late, or if you need to make any changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance (the booking platform will not allow you to reschedule/cancel online less than 24 hours in advance). If you are seeking to make changes more than 24 hours in advance, you can do so by logging into your account or using the link that is included in your conformation email)

(6) Reschedule at least 24 Hours in Advance: It happens. But it must occur occur at least 24 hours in advance (if you attempt to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, it is considered a cancellation, and the appointment is forfeited).

(7) Cancel at least 24 Hours in Advance: It's best to reschedule, even if only on a tentative date, then to cancel outright and forfeit your appointment if you do so less than 24 hours in advance (if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will have the option to reschedule your appointment by logging into your account or using the link that is included in your conformation email).

(8) Advance Payment:  Payment is collected (using the card you have on file) between the 1st of the month and 48 hours before your appointment.

(9) Sales Tax: The state of Kentucky imposes a 6% sales tax on massage services.

(10) Cash Payment is Preferred:  But it's not required. Let us know in your intake form if you prefer to pay cash (if so, please bring the exact amount, as we do not issue change).  If you decide to pay in cash, we will refund your electronic payment once we receive your cash payment.

(11) No Refunds: Payments are not refundable.

 

(12) Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates expire in 9 months. Expired gift certificates can not be redeemed.

 

(13) Therapist Reassignments: While you have the option to select your therapist when you book, the HighVibe team reserves the right to reassign your therapist at any time for any reason (i.e. therapist is ill, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable). 

HighVibe reserves the right to update policies, protocols, and rates at any time.
