Designed with your whole-person health in mind, this plan ensures you receive prioritized monthly care on a day and time that works for you and that is scheduled several months in advance (you can always reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, and there are no icky contracts).

Your journey begins with the New Member Discovery and Care Plan Development Consultation—a comprehensive session where are Care Plan Coordinator takes the time to truly connect with you and your needs. Together, we will:

• Discuss what brought you here

• Identify your current priorities

• Explore your long-term goals and intentions

• Answer your questions

• Begin shaping a personalized HighVibe Care Plan

• Evaluate your neuromuscular, postural, and craniosacral health (segments of this physical exam may be completed by Dr. Tristan)
