Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment. You can manage your appointments by logging into your Registered Account or by clicking the appropriate button in your Appointment Confirmation Email.

Need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice? Please send a text message directly to your HighVibe Provider.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment and have not communicated directly with your Provider, it will be considered a no-show, and payment will not be refunded.

Refunds: We do not issue refunds for any reason. However, you are welcome to reschedule or transfer your appointment to someone else.

Account Registration: To create a Registered Account (which allows you to manage appointments and view your treatment history), please click the "Register Account" button in your booking confirmation email.

Arrival Time: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to allow time for smooth transitions between appointments. This helps your Provider stay centered and ready to focus fully on your care.

Shoes: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the clinic. If you prefer, feel free to wear socks, bring indoor slippers, or use shoe covers for your comfort.
