CRYOTHERAPY

THAI METTA BODYWORK
Rooted in the tradition of loving-kindness (“metta”), Thai Metta Bodywork combines gentle stretching, mindful movement, and acupressure to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. This nurturing, floor-based practice supports both body and mind, leaving you feeling more open, relaxed, and deeply connected. Some sessions may also incorporate Tok Sen, a traditional tapping technique that uses rhythmic vibration to release deep muscular tension and stimulate energy flow.
